Racine hosts one of the largest parade in the Midwest with an estimated viewing audience of over 100,000 people. The parade features nearly 200 entries including horses, clowns, jugglers, floats, bands, firetrucks, antique cars, dignitaries and more. The parade can take more than three hours to pass a spectator at any given point along its route. The Racine 4th Fest parade is the community and family-oriented celebration.
The Fourth Fest Parade in Racine, Wisconsin, begins with the pre-parade at 8:30 a.m., immediately followed by the parade at 9 a.m. at the intersections of Goold and Main Streets and runs south down Main Street through Downtown then turns west on 14th Street.
